Implementation of monthly water billing has been delayed by the Sully City Council. Billing for city utilities will continue as quarterly until further notice.

If you are using “auto pay” via Payment Service Network (PSN), you will need to log into your account and change the frequency of your payment. If you need assistance with updating your account, contact PSN at 1-866-917-7368
