The City of Sully is currently searching for our next City Clerk!
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate would be helpful, organized and motivated.
Required skills include: Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
Helpful skills include: A financial background with General Ledger, Payroll and Accounts Payable
Typical tasks of the role: Annual reports, online filings, budget preparation, payroll preparation and filings, accounts payable/receivable, agendas, council meetings and minutes, complying with official certifications, publications, and communications requirements, records management, processing and printing utility bill payments, managing website and social media updates, general administrative duties, and other city duties as assigned by the Mayor or Council.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. This position could also be split between two part-time individuals.
